13. Where our materials are stored on site for any factor whatever between the time of shipment and the start of setup, the care and security of such materials is the sole duty of the purchaser (Personal Training in Sorrento ). Where the storage is at a place remote from the installation site, transfer of our products to site is the responsibility of the purchaser.
14. If the Buyer needs unique packaging in relation to the Goods it must be concurred to in writing in between the Buyer and the Seller, and the cost of the same is to the Buyer's account and appropriately will be consisted of in the Purchase Price. If the Seller stops working to include the cost of unique packaging in the Purchase Price the Purchaser must pay to the Seller such costs as needed.
Where installation is consisted of in the contract the provision of a clear working website and sufficient gain access to will be the obligation of the purchaser. Nevertheless, if the flooring slab is reinforced with grid steel mesh or comparable materials to a level less than 70 mm below the surface, unique drilling equipment will be needed and any extra costs incurred will be to the buyer's account.
Unless stated in writing our quotation assumes an affordable condition of flatness of flooring. Flatness tolerances must be within + 3 mm inside a 3 metre radius. Additional expenses sustained in compensating for a defective or uneven floor will be to the buyer's account. 19. We reserve the right to designate or subcontract out the entire or any part of this contract at our discretion.
At any times priced estimate for our completion or delivery are efficient from the date of invoice by us of a written order to continue, together with all information and details we require to proceed with the manufacture without disturbance or delay. All such times are to be treated as estimates only and we shall not be accountable for failure to dispatch, set up, or otherwise perform within such times unless otherwise concurred in writing.
21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, keep delivery of any additional Item to the Purchaser and may end, without liability to the Buyer, any or all subsisting contracts in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate applicable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
